Use of Renewable Energies

As part of the implementation of the decarbonisation plan, based on concerns for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions through the efficient use of energy, in 2019 Inframoura installed photovoltaic stations at the headquarters, shipyards, nurseries and technical facilities associated with the water storage and distribution systems, forecasting an annual reduction of about 5% in the current energy consumption of this sector. In addition to this, the use of photovoltaic plants has allowed the self-sufficiency of Inframoura's headquarters and an A+ energy classification certification. In total, the photovoltaic plants installed have already allowed a reduction of about 213t of CO2.
