The project "A Garden for All" focuses on the garden at Cerca da Graça and focuses on community dynamization and the promotion of citizenship, with a view to improving the quality of life of the populations of the surrounding neighbourhoods and of those who frequent it. Taking advantage of the unexploited potential of a 1.7 hectare public space managed by CML, we will call local inhabitants to action, through training and leisure activities that promote outdoor living in a safer, more conscious, inclusive and healthy way. The aim is to bring the urban community closer to Nature, its rhythms and cycles, working on values and concepts that are essential to changing attitudes towards a more sustainable and healthy community. In the current pandemic context, the population's enjoyment of the garden becomes an added value, a safe place where distance brings us closer together.
