The Tanto Mar Festival, a co-production of "folha de medronho"/Loulé City Council/Louletano Theatre, has already had four editions. Tanto Mar's programme is essentially composed of international groups, and signals the path of connection with groups/interpreters/individuals from countries where the Portuguese language is spoken, seeking partners to build a chain of exchanges, in a relationship that is intended to be multivocal. Tanto Mar is the result of artistic practices developed throughout the year by "folha de medronho" - Performing Arts of Loulé in several Portuguese-speaking countries.
