Projeto Reação - Judo e Igualdade" (Reaction Project - Judo and Equality) seeks to make Judo a sport of integration and overcoming reach the largest number of children and young people in the parish of Eixo. Reciprocity is fundamental to the development of all parties involved in this process. The subject of solidarity must also become an active element. This interaction between the two parties results in feelings of well-being and self-esteem, which are fundamental for the full realisation of the person. We want to help enrich the lives of hundreds of children through the practice of Judo.
