The Educar Consciente Project exists to help children, young people and adults live their daily lives with more harmony, joy and well-being, in a conscious way. We facilitate self-knowledge, especially at an emotional and behavioural level, since behaviour is a reflection of the emotional state. Working with children, young people and adults at the same time allows me to take a broader view of society's main challenges and to have more effective dynamics in the family context. There is an urgent need to connect people with themselves and with others, especially the connection between parents and children. Today's children are tomorrow's adults and right now, if we don't do anything about it, we're looking at a very emotionally unbalanced generation.
