Plastic Play is an educational project by Viva Lab Porto, inspired by Precious Plastic, which mobilises children, young people and the community in creative activities using recycled plastic.

With machines such as a shredder, injection moulding machine, extruder, oven and press, it takes schools and events through all the stages of the process - from collection to transformation into new objects. More than just an activity, it's an educational programme that combines the Maker philosophy, sustainability and innovation, inviting participants to rethink their relationship with waste and discover the creative potential of plastic.

It thus transforms this material into a tool for change, empowering responsible practices and inspiring new generations to act for the future of the planet.
