The project is based on the use of the "Youth Oracle" methodology developed by Rato - ADCC: this methodology is an adaptation of the Delphi method and was designed so that there is active youth participation in the creation of political proposals based on the information and knowledge of different experts, without there being contamination and manipulation in these same proposals. In this way, several interviews will be held with local experts in different fields linked to the SDGs.

These interviews will be analysed at meetings in the Seixal municipality between young people and technicians and political decision-makers in which they will jointly draw up proposals that will be available in publications on the Rato - ADCC Instagram account (containing video, images and explanatory text) and the online community will be able to interact, voting and making suggestions to these same proposals.
