Implementation of 5 "Organisation and Action Workshops" in the neighbourhoods of Bela Vista and the surrounding area, to consolidate the processes of participation and development of the health and well-being of the population of this area, which began in 2012 with the Our Neighbourhood, Our City Programme. These workshops, in physical spaces to be refurbished and provided by the municipality, will deepen the self-organisation of residents in partnership and in response to the commitments and goals they collectively assumed in 2017, namely: maintaining the democratic process of resident participation; continuing the various existing structures of organisation and participation; carrying out activities to improve the living conditions and health determinants of the resident population; setting up a residents' committee or association in each neighbourhood, implementing a neighbourhood council, involving local partnerships and public entities, with the aim of combating the stigma associated with the Bela Vista and Setúbal area.
