The project is aimed at the municipality's young people, with the aim of encouraging their social and civic participation, making them responsible for finding proactive solutions for themselves and their problems, but also to solve the challenges of the local community (seeking the common good), promoting volunteering.

The project includes specific training geared towards personal and professional development, directing the skills achieved towards volunteering activities to be carried out in associations in the municipality. The associations and young people involved are members of Óbidos Hub, thus fostering stable relationships of collaboration and potential employment.
