Crasto's windows open to solidarity

This project was designed taking into account the specificities of the Crasto social enterprise, located in the parish of Sandim - a fairly isolated area in the interior of the municipality, with few utilities and needs in terms of maintaining common spaces and bringing informal and formal neighbourhood networks closer together. To this end, the project systematically integrates a set of actions aimed at the entire population of the development, promoting self-organisation and democratic decision-making regarding the priorities of the area, as well as a programme to promote positive parenting for families with children and young people, with a view to school success. At the same time, the aim is for the activities to involve an integrated approach to the maintenance of the communal spaces, in particular the children's lounge and study area and the outdoor space, making it greener and more sustainable for the development of community dynamics.
