Maria das Ervas is a brand developed by Cláudia Moita, which aims to work with the community and alert them to the importance of practising healthy plant-based eating; by developing balanced, nutritious and delicious menus, using seasonal foods guaranteed by good sustainable practices. This work is done through training, workshops and showcookings. Maria das Ervas also has a range of pre-cooked products, natural cakes and other healthy products with the aim of making the weekly menu easier for its green customers.
