Maria das Ervas, created by Cláudia Moita, is a project that unites inspiration, practice and community transformation through macrobiotic-based sustainable plant-based food.

Its mission To give people real tools to live healthier lives, in line with the planet and local economies.

What I do I sensitise teachers, families and communities to macrobiotic and sustainable food education. I facilitate the transition to healthy eating with natural, ready-to-eat products adapted to the pace of modern life. I promote good sustainable practices that reduce waste, respect seasonality and support biodiversity.
