Promoting Physical Activity, Culture and Sustainability for Young People This project aims to awaken and cultivate young people's interest in physical activity, foreign cultures and environmental issues. To achieve these goals, we focus on the following areas: Inclusion and Diversity:
  • Supporting people with fewer economic, social and cultural opportunities, including those with disabilities, health problems, cultural differences, social and economic barriers, discrimination and geographical barriers.
  • Fostering understanding of diversity.
Digital Transformation:
  • Develop digital readiness, resilience and capacity in the education sector to facilitate digital transformation.
Environment and Combating Climate Change:
  • Raise awareness of global warming.
  • Develop capacities to solve environmental problems, with a focus on biodiversity and the protection of natural resources.
Participation in Democratic Life:
  • Promoting civic engagement and active citizenship in the European Union.
Global Goals for Sustainable Development:
  • Engage students in these goals and connect them to global awareness.
Target Groups:
  • Students from all schools, aged between 15 and 20.
  • Students linked to the main subjects of their schools, allowing comparisons between schools.
  • In Poland, economics and tourism students, as well as those reluctant to engage in physical activity. In Portugal, mainly IT, Biology, Physics and Sports students.
  • Teachers of Physical Education, Tourism, Foreign Languages, IT and Biology.
  • Economically and geographically disadvantaged groups of students whenever possible.
Motivation and justification for funding:
  • Enthusiasm of teachers and students.
  • Carefully selected partnerships based on cultural differences and experiences.
  • Urgent need to change attitudes towards the environment and involve young people in building a better future.
  • We believe we can make a difference and spread these ideas to a wider audience.
Benefits of Co-operation with Transnational Partners to Achieve Project Objectives Collaboration with transnational partners brings several benefits to the project. Let's explore them: Global perspective:
  • Sharing experiences helps develop more comprehensive and effective sustainability solutions relevant to diverse cultural, social and economic contexts.
Problem-solving skills:
  • Collaborating with different countries enables the development of problem-solving expertise applicable in global and local contexts.
Expansion of the Network and Internationalisation of Schools:
  • Establishing connections with schools in other countries expands the work network and promotes the internationalisation of institutions.
Diversity of Perspectives:
  • Students and teachers can discuss different points of view, resulting in more accurate and enriching conclusions.
In short, transnational cooperation strengthens the project, allowing ideas to be shared and implemented more effectively, with a positive impact on a global scale.
