Promoting close multidisciplinary support for the senior population living in the Seixal municipality. The aim is to monitor the situation on a daily basis through home visits, enabling better diagnosis and the provision of responses that promote active ageing, in continuous liaison with the social and family network. This includes the AQUI sub-project (Support for the Universal Daily Life of the Elderly), the basic aim of which is to provide technical support to improve the quality of life of the elderly, through modalities such as: A) Support for various small repairs B) Risk assessment of structures and property C) Accompaniment in actions and/or journeys to resolve problems or access basic services D) Cognitive stimulation sessions for the elderly
