With the vision of creating a better everyday life for most people, MAR Shopping Algarve integrates the opportunity for training and acquiring new skills throughout its operation. As part of its strategy, it aims to play a positive role in society, interacting with the communities in which it operates. It wants to maximise its impact by using and sharing knowledge and resources for the benefit of people, communities and the planet. In partnership with the ASMAL Qualifica Centres and Loulé Secondary School, as well as IEFP and the IKEA Store, MAR Shopping Algarve launched the JOB Project in 2021. Those interested will be able to book, free of charge and with accredited technicians, an individual and personalised diagnosis and counselling session, as well as identify certified training offers and methods that develop skills for greater integration and/or adaptation to the labour market.
