The aim of the project is to reduce antimicrobial consumption (animal sector) by 50 per cent by 2030 by working on three key areas: HUBRAM, AMR surveillance and PEMV. The aim is to create platforms that enable the integrated management of surveillance and monitoring data on the use of antimicrobials in animals (AMC/AMU), including those classified as critical by the WHO; the integration of AMR data, the epidemiological assessment of commensal microorganisms and zoonotic agents of interest. In other words, the creation of a platform that integrates all information relating to the prescription of medicines (including medicated foods), food safety information, AMR surveillance and monitoring, animal welfare and health. To this end, integration interfaces with national, European and international databases will also have to be created. HubRAM will be equipped with automatic analysis tools that will make it possible to study the correlation effects between complex sets of variables, implement a classification system based on risk factors, which will allow national and local analysis (for a specific farm, for example), with a view to recommending intervention measures and making the information available within the scope of One Health (DGAV, DGS, APA, Academia, Stakeholders).
