The HART project is a social intervention project under the 9th generation Escolhas Programme, which aims to boost social inclusion and improve the quality of life of children, young people and families through school success, the promotion of personal, social, parental and digital skills, training for civic and community participation, the adoption of healthy styles and habits, the strengthening of emotional ties and social and cultural integration.
