The project aims to establish a platform of vocational centres of excellence in the area of fuel cell and green hydrogen technologies, with a collaborative programme of education, training and development to overcome the gaps that currently exist in the sector. It is also intended that different local clusters will be created in countries with strong potential in the industry, with a planned extension to the whole of Europe and a focus on different aspects of the hydrogen value chain, from production to applications, creating world-class reference points both for initial training of young engineers and for upskilling and reskilling initiatives, the statement adds.
