We are committed to enhancing the development of our employees and our teams and all employees have a career development plan, aligned and accompanied by their Managers. We have an internal development portal - "Keep Growing Campus" - with several trainings and training programmes, in different areas, to support the growth and development of our employees. In 2021, over 85,000 courses/training were undertaken by our people, worldwide We have a development programme for middle management - "First Line Leader Training" - which responds to five priorities: decision making, change management, coaching, management and persuasion, health and well-being. We are committed to enhancing the development of our employees and our teams. To this end, we have various initiatives to support training and a Reverse Mentoring programme.
