The Ganhar Asas Poetry Club was set up to encourage artistic expression through writing and reading poetry. We want to awaken students' literary sensitivity, critical thinking and creativity, offering a cosy space for sharing ideas and valuing the word. Our activities include creative writing workshops, interdisciplinary projects that combine poetry with music, theatre and visual arts, as well as the publication and dissemination of the texts produced. We also encourage participation in competitions, broadening horizons and giving young poets a voice. We believe that poetry is a transformative tool, capable of inspiring empathy, awareness and freedom. At Ganhar Asas, each verse is an opportunity to fly higher and transform the world through words.
