The Doina Algarve Association's Migrant Support Office (GAM) has been a point of reference since 2009, offering support and guidance to immigrants, their descendants and the general population. With a dedicated team of volunteers and specialised technicians, its main objective is to inform, support and guide immigrants and families, facilitating their integration through the acquisition of rights and the fulfilment of duties.

GAM is recognised for its excellence in resolving bureaucratic issues and the quality of the services it offers, making it a benchmark beyond the Algarve. A current example is its support for the integration of Ukrainian refugees.

Services are provided in person, by telephone and online, guaranteeing informed and effective assistance. GAM works in collaboration with organisations such as CLAIM in Loulé, the Loulé Social Network, AIMA and IEFP, offering comprehensive responses to users' needs.
