The Sousel Section of the Norte Alentejano School of Arts, in partnership with the Municipality of Sousel, allows its citizens to attend the Specialised Artistic Teaching of Music.

Currently operating in the School Centre, the Sousel Music School constitutes itself as another training pole, through a secondary level academic course, duly recognised by the Ministry of Education, in which piano, fingering viola, Portuguese guitar, violin, transverse flute, accordion, clarinet, saxophone, violoncello, viola de arco, oboe, horn and trumpet courses are taught.

Regimens available:

Musical Initiation - aimed at children between the ages of 6 and 10; Articulated Scheme - between the 5th and 9th years of age; Supplementary Scheme - students from other schools; Free Course - students learn an instrument, there is no age limit; Supplementary Supplementary Scheme - for students attending 10th, 11th and 12th grade at other schools.
