EQUILIBRIUM SOCIAL CIRCUS is an Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship Initiative promoted by the Braga Solidarity Centre/Project Homem. It is a project to prevent behavioural problems in adolescence using the Social Circus methodology. Circo Social is an approach based on the innovative fusion of circus arts and social intervention, which acts as an agent of psychosocial transformation. It is aimed at teenagers aged 10 to 14 in the urban area of the municipality of Braga, implemented in a school context, attending the 2nd and 3rd cycles. General Objectives:

• To implement the Social Circus Methodology as a process of training and empowering adolescents in order to increase their resilience in the face of behavioural problems.
• To develop a universal preventive intervention through Circo Social that promotes the adaptive and integral development of adolescents, fostering personal transformation.
