Community Meetings - Parque dos Encontros

The project proposed here aims to establish itself as a regional and national benchmark, through a set of integrated initiatives to be implemented by a partnership involving different legal entities with complementary fields of intervention. It seeks to provide a differentiating and innovative response to local and regional challenges, particularly with regard to promoting sustainable food production systems, acquiring the knowledge and skills needed to develop healthy lifestyles and promoting the exchange of traditional knowledge between people of different generations and cultures. The intervention that this partnership plans to develop includes 2 main axes - the promotion of sustainable development and the development of healthy lifestyles, and is materialised in 4 main activities aimed at strengthening inter-generational cooperation in the community and greater ecological awareness.
