THE FOCUS OF THIS PROJECT is to encourage active collaboration, mobilise for participation, promote inclusion across the board, in the process of documenting and advocating for local development in the parishes of Penha de França, Beato and Marvila.

Contribute to the consolidation of strategic partnerships, involving the various development agents, together with the communities in the target territories, paving the way to embrace opportunities and overcome obstacles. To perpetuate the good practices developed and the successes achieved through attractive and diverse communication tools that motivate a sense of belonging and empower communities.
