In the supplementary subject of Democratic Culture, students from the 2nd and 3rd cycles designed, planned and implemented projects in the areas of Citizenship and Development: Human Rights; Gender Equality; Interculturality; Sustainable Development; Environmental Education; Health; Sexuality; Media; Institutions and Democratic Participation; Financial Literacy and Consumer Education; Risk; Safety; Road Safety; Entrepreneurship; World of Work; Security, Defence and Peace; Animal Welfare; Volunteering; Valuing Local Heritage. They had the opportunity to identify problems in society intervened on by social entrepreneurs; recognise the importance of cooperation and using passions/purposes and skills; map out activities to solve problems; recognise the importance of defining the most appropriate indicators to measure impact/change; communicate the impact initiative.
