The social facilities managed by Olhar Poente provide daycare and the Free Time Activities Centre (CATL). Nursery school (0-3 years) is a very important stage in children's lives. Learning is simple but essential, as it is the basis for healthy and harmonious growth: knowing how to speak, how to walk and how to understand the presence of others. Outdoor pedagogy and the best early intervention practices are a priority for the institution. We value contact with nature, which has enormous potential for children's physical and cognitive development. The teaching and learning process at CATL (3-12 years old) is organised in such a way as to respect the individual differences of each child, to enable everyone to actively participate in their teaching-learning process and to allow them to acquire the techniques and skills to become more autonomous and responsible. In this way, we give way to inclusion methodologies, where respect for difference and each child's learning pace prevails.
