Our indicators and targets allowed us to choose the Health, Social, Environmental and Urban Planning axes, because they contain the aforementioned criteria. It is a project whose activities are in favour of the community's well-being and which has been structured and based on five innovative principles, which have the following particularities;1-In the health axis, the activity contains multilingual information conveyed in the community, namely the 5 languages of the Palops. 2-The project was conceived and will be managed and coordinated by local residents.3- The monitors will attend a mini training course designed by local artists.The monitors will attend a mini training course to form the neighbourhood teams called "Citizens K.Andam". 4-All the planned activities will be supported by graphic visual communication made by local artists who will produce 2 themed books in B.D., which will be distributed free of charge in the community and in local schools. The evaluation phase will be participatory, involving partners from the community at large and other stakeholders.
