This is a capacity building project aimed at Higher Education Institutions in Angola with the aim of improving the practical training of nurses. Nurses are at the centre of health challenges in Angola and are in high demand in healthcare, while their practical skills are considered a critical issue. The consortium aims to address the lack of practical skills (decision-making, interpersonal skills, human nutrition) and promote the social commitment of HEIs by taking advantage of simulation rooms and multimedia digital tools to implement experiential learning and promote community service/service learning in universities. Experiential learning will take place in three different scenarios: simulators, digital multimedia and real patients. A reflective practice methodology will be followed with a debriefing process.
