CHECK OUT - Saídas de Futuro E8G is a project promoted by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and integrated into the High Commission for Migration (ACM, I.P.), which aims to assert itself as an innovative and integrated socio-educational response to the different social problems of children and young people in the territory of inner Gaia, namely in the areas of social enterprises in the parishes of Olival (headquarters), Canelas, Pedroso, Serzedo and Perosinho. With a low level of social care coverage, this area is lacking a structured response to two fundamental problems problems: 1) The failure, absenteeism and early school leaving of children and young people from vulnerable ecosystems, particularly from the gypsy community; 2) The unemployment of young NEETs with low qualifications and a history of risk, territorially isolated due to the interior nature of the area they live in and the target of negative representations by the labour market.
