This pond is a Noah's Ark for saving beautiful, useful, rare and threatened aquatic plants. We have colonised this pond with more than 100 species of aquatic plants, including around 30 of the rarest and most threatened in the region and the country. The aim is to keep the water clean and transparent, with a high diversity of native species and no fish, no pollution and no invasive exotic species.
