Located in the heart of the town's historical centre, the new "Casa dos Ofícios" will be allied to a set of activities of Santa Casa da Misericórdia do Crato in the promotion of the already existing human resources, in order to potentiate and awaken the interest in the community, stimulating sewing activities and workshops, and promoting, essentially, the inclusion of active seniors.

In addition, the initiative will also generate income with a view to, in the near future, being a self-sustaining home, with the help and stimulation of partnerships to be established, thus increasing teamwork and providing development on behalf of the community.
