The project - Casa Ajuda, Loulé Housing First, is part of the objectives of the National Strategy for the Integration of People Experiencing Homelessness. It aims to offer support in choosing, obtaining and maintaining an individual, decent, permanent home integrated into the community for people experiencing homelessness.
Housing First's main objective is to resolve long-term homelessness situations, promoting independent living by integrating these people into housing that tends to be individual, in which they are accompanied by technicians who teach them how to manage a home with a view to their social integration.
