In this seminal partnership project for the study of mobility in the Municipality of Odemira, mobility is placed at the centre of the territorial development strategy, as a key element for enhancing, attracting and retaining the population.

Our objectives are:

• Cohesion and Integration: Promoting and creating opportunities for diversification and interculturality.
• Access to services: Facilitating access to and strategic approach to public services.
• Health promotion: Combating isolation and facilitating community support through sustainable mobility interventions.

We will map the mobility needs, challenges, routines and expectations of the population (active, elderly and young, national and migrant) and design projects that respond to the needs identified, based on local, public and private experiences, as well as innovative solutions implemented in similar regions in Portugal and Europe.
