Polar chart of the good practice's contribution to the 17 SDGs. The radius length corresponds to the relative benefit for each SDG.

It is a meeting place for people with memory problems or dementia, as well as their families and carers, to share experiences and mutual support. The project is structured in two ways: talks by specialists; sessions dedicated to activities. At the same time, the social and health services available in the area or neighbouring areas are publicised. The event is the result of a protocol between the Municipality of Oeiras, Sonae Sierra, Alzheimer Portugal, APOIO - Associação de Solidariedade Social and the Rotary Club of Algés. Participation is free and without prior booking. CMO is responsible for guaranteeing the technical resources needed to make the project a reality.
