Here, children, young people and adults meet the earth, taking care of the soil and the plants that grow in it spontaneously, added to with new sowings and plantings to the rhythm of the seasons. Strategically positioned fruit trees let the sun in and, together with the innovative "chicken tractor", ensure a fertile and sustainable ecosystem. The chickens turn dry leaves, branches and food waste into natural fertiliser, enriching the soil on a daily basis. From this practice comes the "From the Garden to the Table" cycle, food workshops where the emphasis is on:

• the consumption of fresh vegetables,
• the valorisation of vegetable protein,
• and a healthy conviviality of creating, sharing and savouring.
