The Give Me Your Hand Association is a non-profit humanitarian aid organisation with Catholic Christian roots. Founded in January 2004 as "Equipas de Rua" (Street Teams), it was officially incorporated as an association on 23 March 2005. ADTM helps the poorest people in the municipality of Seixal (homeless people and families in need) by distributing food:

Volta Solidária Diária (VSD) - Every day of the year; With the participation of teams of volunteers.

Food Support (baskets) - Every week and alternately, to two groups of needy people; With the participation of volunteers.

Distribution is always dependent on third parties, with quantities varying according to the food donated to the Association.
