The "Valorizar" Victim Support Office, as a Service Structure for Victims of Domestic Violence, has been part of the National Support Network for Victims of Domestic Violence since March 2020, and its main objective is to provide social, psychological and legal support to victims of domestic violence. This proximity response aims to minimise the situation of vulnerability and stimulate the empowerment and autonomy of victims, improving their access to services to meet their needs and contributing to the prevention of re-victimisation and secondary victimisation.
EAVVD "Valorizar" is a structure made up of a technical team specialised in its area of intervention, which provides care, monitoring and referrals for victims of domestic violence, with a view to their protection and personal reorganisation, guaranteeing effective intervention through the intervention of a multidisciplinary team made up of a Social Educator, Social Worker, Clinical and Health Psychologist and a Lawyer.
