Aquality - Erasmus + Sport

#Viana do Castelo #IPSS
The international Aquality project, which will run from 2022 to 2024, is funded by the Erasmus+ Sport programme and is supported by a multilateral partnership between several organisations active in adapted water sports, specifically: Comité Départemental du Sport Adapté du Finistère in France, Polskie Stowarzyszenie na rzecz Osób z Niepełnosprawnością Intelektualną Koło w Elblągu in Poland and APPACDM de Viana do Castelo in Portugal. It aims to share good practices, develop tools and train participants to adapt to the aquatic environment and practise water sports adapted for people with intellectual disabilities, namely: aquatic walking (longe côte - marche aquatique), canoeing, stand up paddle (SUP) and diving. APPACDM Viana do Castelo is part of the Aquality project with a technical-pedagogical team made up of members of the Náutica para Todos project, the Ponte da Barca Delegation, the Areosa Unit and a user from the Cabedelo Unit.
