In recent years, the Angústias Parish Council has been promoting the Angústias Trail Run, a sporting event that challenges participants to explore the magnificent landscapes of the Angústias parish trails. This project offers a unique opportunity for athletes to connect with nature as they traverse the trails with stunning scenery. In addition to the physical challenge, the Angústias Trail Run also promotes socialising among all participants, including families, runners and volunteers in a relaxed atmosphere. By taking part, athletes not only test their limits, but also enjoy the natural beauty, promoting health and well-being.
