As part of its strategy, it aims to play a positive role in society, interacting with the communities in which it operates.

It therefore wants to maximise its impact in awareness-raising actions, using and sharing knowledge and resources for the benefit of people, communities and the planet.

In 2021, marking International Breast Cancer Prevention Month and with the aim of raising community awareness of this issue, MAR Shopping Algarve launched the "Amigas do Peito" initiative. In partnership with the HPA Clinic at MAR Shopping Algarve, we are raising awareness of the need to book preventive mammograms, highlighting the need for early diagnosis.
