The programme aims to promote safe developmental environments and mental health, preventing bullying and interpersonal violence, through integrated community action. According to the Social Development Plan (2016), the housing estates chosen have weaknesses such as school failure and absenteeism, risky behaviour, social isolation, deficits in parenting skills and styles and a high number of cases before the CPCJ. These vulnerabilities are consequences of bullying, so this project could be an asset for these communities. With the intervention, psycho-pedagogical materials and awareness-raising and training activities, the aim is to combat vulnerabilities, equipping the community with strategies to deal with the phenomenon. Last year the Plano i Association was funded by the DGS to develop a bullying prevention project and is also the promoter of the National Bullying Observatory, which has 393 reports.
