This project, developed in cooperation with a multidisciplinary team from FAUP, aims to develop a participatory process in disadvantaged communities, corresponding to the promotion of new social housing developments in Maia, under the 1st Right - Support Programme for Access to Housing.º Direito - Programme to Support Access to Housing, with a view to rehousing and improving the living conditions of Roma communities living in the precarious nuclei of Anta, Ardegães and Lagielas, with the aim of building participatory processes for designing housing solutions that involve the households to be rehoused in a community context, including the organisation of training and integration actions aimed at these communities and the joint preparation of technical architectural projects corresponding to these new housing developments. It is based on a Horizontal Co-operation Contract between Contracting Entities signed between Espaço Municipal and FAUP.
