This is a year-round project that aims to create moments of recreational entertainment, experimentation, sports practice and leisure time occupation, promoting a progressive change in the population's sedentary lifestyle habits. At the same time, they are an integral part of the Municipal Sports Development Plan for the Municipality of Seixal, which aims to "promote popular adherence and community dynamisation as a basic factor in the democratisation of sport, the creation of healthy lifestyle habits, the training of young people, social integration and the dissemination of sports culture".
The project expresses itself through forms of entertainment adapted to the motivations and abilities of each participant, in such a way as to respond to their needs. They aim to demonstrate the advantages of regular practice of different physical and sporting activities and motivate participants to carry them out individually or in groups. In this way, they also promote socialisation and social integration.
