"WITH YOU, THERE IS DISCOVERY", a stimulating tourist experience for those who dare to challenge themselves and go through the different.

In ASTA's dynamic action - the Socio-Therapeutic Association of Almeida - to transform deficiencies into efficiencies, "CONTIGO, HÁ DESCOBERTA" is born, a social business of inclusive tourism, social and of nature integrated in the social responses already given by the institution. It is a project we wish to be sustainable, in which the services and the conduct of activities of the tourism programmes are made by people with special needs.

ACTIVITIES:

• Walks and guided tours

(in Almeida, Castelo Mendo, and the rural village of Cabreira), with local legends and stories;

• Workshops in the craft workshops

(Pottery, wool transformation, weaving, beeswax candles)

• Nature Tourism

(Pedagogical farm; local bread baked in the village oven, fresh cheese; edible plants and their culinary application; Stand Up Paddle and Forest Bathing).
